ANXIETY Experiencing mild Anxiety, the type associated with speaking in public or going on a first date, is a perfectly natural response to stress and in the main, helps us deal with difficult situations more effectively. However, when Anxiety becomes more acute, sometimes for no apparent reason, or due to an association, it can become extremely debilitating making us feel unable to cope, physically unwell or induce panic attacks.
